Sweet Rice Balls

½ cup sweet rice flour
1/3-cup water
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Dissolve sugar in water. Mix rice flour with the sugar water. Knead dough until dough is smooth. Break dough into 4 roughly equal parts. Use your hands and roll each quarter into ½ inch diameter column. Cut each column into about twelve ½ inch long segments. For each segment, roll dough between your palms into tiny ball shape. Make about 4-dozen rice balls. Rice balls can be stored in freezer for up to three months.
